With the launch of our residential home building company, Seymour Pacific Homes, we are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Real Estate Sales Admin to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support our sales team and enhance the customer experience. This role involves managing client inquiries, conducting property showings, implementing marketing strategies, and fostering strong relationships with potential buyers.

Your contributions to the team include:
  • Provide information and answer questions about properties for sale
  • Respond to emails, calls, and enquiries in a timely manner
  • Schedule property showings, including final walkthroughs for townhouses.
  • Coordinate evening and weekend showings as required
  • Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Support the execution of strategies to promote properties.
  • Attend networking events to generate leads
  • Maintain community connections to promote the property
  • Maintain an organized database of leads and prospective buyers
What you need to be successful:
  • Previous experience in real estate sales and marketing is an asset
  • Sales and Marketing background is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
