OHS Administrator
Your contributions to the team:
- Providing administrative support to the OH&S Director.
- Viewpoint Data entry.
- Review daily security reports.
- Preparing safety statistical reports for sites.
- Maintaining files and ensuring clarity and organization.
- Taking minutes at monthly safety meetings.
- Maintenance of safety manuals, ERP plans.
- Create, design and implement forms as needed.
- Create, design and implement Safe work practices and procedures.
- Maintenance of department calendar.
- Review weekly site photos.
- Assist with various special projects as required.
- Organizing provincial COR program documentation.
- Understanding of current Occupational Health and Safety legislation, regulations, codes of practice and other safe work practice requirements.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to balance multiple demands and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using a large database system would be an asset.
- Minimum 3 years’ administrative experience.
